Hey! I thought it might be useful to answer a few of our regular questions here. Hopefully, this will quickly clear up anything you are worried about; we receive a high volume of messages, it can take a while to get back to you...

SHIPPING:
Our small bags are usually in stock. I wait 24 hours to send a parcel in-case there is a problem with any of the information we receive - address typos that sort of thing. UK orders go tracked as standard. For international orders, you need to select the shipping you would like to pay for. I always recommend upgrading to tracked, but it totally depends on your budget..

PRODUCTION TIME:
Large bags - please allow one (1) week for us to create a large bag, they are very exclusive bags with intricate construction, I can't make loads and stock them as there isn't time - so I make them when they are ordered.

Custom bags, please allow two (2) weeks from paying to dispatch date. This helps me to list you in my custom Diary. I am now placing client's custom orders in order of payment - that is the fairest for everyone. Currently, it is around two weeks after paying, although space allocations are filling up fast, so please finalise payments as soon as you can!

BAG STRAPS:
I can make your strap any length to fit you. I take great pride in this service and don't charge anything to make it right for you. I am glad that everyone can enjoy my bags and will go out of my way to make it work for everybody. If you have any worries about the size selection you have made, please add in inches or cm's your desired max strap length in notes on the purchase, or e-mail me after buying, and I can make it work. Remember to think about how you wear your bag - on outer layers, or low slung - and to include it in your measurement. If you are in a bikini and wearing it around your waist it will be different, although most straps will allocate for both scenarios, the canvas strap may not, it is less adjustable

I have re-defined the language used for strap lengths, you can use those terms if you like or whatever you would like to say, here are mine, from smallest to largest:

Slinky Malinky (smallest)
Standard
Fabulous
and
Extra Fabulous (largest)

CAN I CUSTOMIZE AN EXISTING BAG:
Sure, it's £10 to change a bag. Then any further tweaks are £5 each, so lettering or a completely different strap, extra pocket, extra zip for example. Just let me know using the comments in cart, email or Contact Us form.

MY TASSEL BROKE CAN I HAVE A NEW ONE FREE OF CHARGE?
Here's the thing with tassels - they are an extra an accoutrement, because they are pretty and I love the way they move, but they are not functional. Please do not pull them when opening your bag, still use the zipper head, if they break it is because they have been pulled, so I am sorry, but you can't have a new one, SORRY xo

CAN I ORDER SOMEBODY ELSES CUSTOM BAG?
Custom bags are personal to you; I would really like it if you could design your own, or make changes to existing custom orders. They are exclusive, and the service is unique - be creative, let your imagination run wild! I want to make you something iconic that is entirely your own, take advantage of it and try me, I just might be able to make your fanny pack dreams come true.
